Theodora Miller, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, (”we,” “us,” or “TM LLC”) takes your privacy seriously. This written privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) governs the data collected by us through our website located at www.theodoramiller.com (our “Site”), including, your information, and how we use the same. By accessing/browsing our Site, using the Services, purchasing our Products or Commissions, subscribing to our newsletter, if any, or any combination of the same, you agree to be bound by this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).
1. YOUR AGREEMENT
You affirm that (i) you are at least eighteen (18) years old; (ii) you are a United States resident; and (iii) you have authority to agree to this Privacy Policy and are competent and capable of understanding, agreeing to, and complying with this Privacy Policy. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information (defined below) from children under eighteen (18) years old. Further, we will delete any Personal Information collected that we later determine is from a person younger than eighteen (18) years old. This Privacy Policy only applies to our use of information collected from you. It does not apply to the practices of any bank or payment processor used by TM LLC or for other third-party transactions related to your activity on our Site.

We do not consider personal information to include information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or both so that it does not identify a specific user. Information We Collects.

Information You Provide Directly to Us

We store and process your Personal Information using third party servers located in data centers in the United States of America. We also use customary computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, enforce physical access controls to our office and files, and authorize access to personal information only for those who require it to fulfill their responsibilities for TM LLC.
We strive to ensure security on all of our systems. Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that personal information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of our administrative, managerial, and technical safeguards. Safety and security of your Personal Information also depends on you. You should not send us credit card information or other sensitive information via email, and you should not place orders with us via email, as this is not secure. Information Shared with Third Parties.
Except in the circumstances described in this Privacy Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, license, trade, or otherwise transfer or disclose your Personal Information with or to third parties for their promotional purposes. We may share de-identified, aggregated information without restriction.
Order Fulfillment.
Currently, our third party services providers listed below use your payment/credit card information, address, and other personal information to process purchases you initiate, subject to their respective privacy policies and opt-out processes. We do not receive your information directly for order fulfillment. We do not access or store your credit card number or bank account number and therefore cannot disclose it to anyone. That information will be provided to our payment processor and will be safeguarded in accordance with their privacy policies. Third-Party Service Providers.
We share information with our third-party service providers who assist us by performing services related to our operation of our Site (such as hosting, data storage, payment processing, and security) and to conduct marketing on our behalf.
Third-Party Analytics Services.
We may use third-party analytics services to assist us in better understanding users of our Site. For example, we may use these services to track and analyze certain information, such as feature usage. We only ever provide these service providers with (or allow these service providers to collect on our behalf) the technical information described above. We use the information collected from these service providers to make our Site better and easier to use. Retention and Storage of Information.
We may retain all Personal Information in our databases until you ask us to remove your information from our databases. Note that even after you ask that we remove your information from our databases, it may be impossible to remove some information, such as information tracked in our web server log files and information that may reside in backup files. This residual information is retained to preserve the integrity of backed-up files and for business continuity purposes. We may also retain certain technical information even after you request that we remove your information from our databases, for use in the aggregate and to analyze and improve our Site and affiliated sites. Further, even after you request that we remove your information from our databases, we may retain Personal Information with any document retention policy and to comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, or guidelines; to prevent fraudulent activity; to protect ourselves against liability; to resolve disputes; to enforce our contractual or other rights; to permit us to pursue available remedies and limit any damages that we may sustain.
Do Not Track.
We do not track its users over time and across third-party websites to provide interest-based advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, our third party analytics partners may keep track of your browsing activities for analytics purposes. Our Site does not support Do Not Track (DNT) at this time. DNT is a privacy preference you can set in your web browser to indicate that you do not want certain information about your web page visits tracked and collected across websites. We do not knowingly solicit or collect information from anyone under the age of 13. It is your responsibility to periodically review this Privacy Policy; users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy by using our Site after such changes have been posted.
