Abstract paintings by Theodora Miller in the Grammata Collection an ever-evolving visual language inspired by the Hellenic Heritage and ancient symbols

Grammata

I’m captivated by the beauty and rhythm of written and oral languages. I grew up speaking Greek and English at home, learned Danish as an exchange student, studied French briefly in college and lived in Sevilla, Spain for a college semester abroad.

I consider these marks my ever-evolving visual language, influenced by ancient symbols, global cultures and historic languages. The compositions are further accentuated with colorful paint chips recycled from my palette papers.
